We are a Christian family of four. In Feb 2012 Caroline (mom) was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive uterine cancer, UPSC. Having always been a little too self-sufficient, we are now really learning to slow down, let go, and let God.... This blog documents our journey as we learn to be still and know that God is in charge.

Hey there sis, I woke up early and was thinking about you, of course, and since I don't want to pester you at all times of the day, I was so happy to see you posted on your blog. Since my computer crashed I use my phone, but for some reason wasn't seeing your picture, so I clicked on something and saw your new look. I was right, you are beautiful bald, you really look great, I am so glad to see you looking so good God is so awesome...love you and remember just cause you don't hear from me, doesn't mean I ain't pestering you in spirit, lol I mean praying
I love you, sis! Hey, that's what little sisters are supposed to do -- pester! Sure am happy for your pestering cuz you're pestering the right Person. God WANTS us to persevere in pestering. Ask for and expect wonderful and great things from Him. I love you so much. Thank you for your prayers. Big hug!
